"By partnering with Protecode, we gain access to the most advanced industry tools for software IP audit and IP management within the development environment. It will enable our customers to compete more effectively in their market segments."

Emenda, a European-wide service provider to companies delivering safety critical, business critical high integrity software systems is committed to helping its customers reduce the time it takes to build and test their software, enabling them to concentrate on improving software quality. "By automating the management of IP rights within the build environment, Protecode will help our customers concentrate on developing software by ensuring they comply with any relevant license agreements," said Neil Langmead, CEO of Emenda.

Jorge Sagastume, Vice President of EscrowTech International, stated, "We are very pleased to team up with Protecode. We now use Protecode’s advanced software and technology to expand the tools and resources available to EscrowTech, providing our clients sophisticated open source due diligence services that mitigate legal, contractual, investment, acquisition, and intellectual property risks and uncertainties relating to software products. Our technical team’s review of Protecode’s software and technology gave Protecode an enthusiastic ‘thumbs up’! By combining Protecode’s software and technology with our own resources, expertise, and experience, EscrowTech offers open source due diligence services unmatched by any of our competitors."

Protecode solutions are of particular interest to partners that provide automated software development, testing and quality assurance solutions, as well as those involved in software IP management activities in the context of M&As, technology transfers, commercial transactions and investment valuations.
